in the mail,

us with your request.
Shipping Policies: due to the conditions beyond our control
we
can not guarantee the condition of live birds or hatching eggs upon
arrival
at their destination. Nor can we warrant hatchability of hatching
eggs due to rough handling, improper storage, incubation, or
infestation
once the shipment leaves our hatchery. Our hatchery includes 10%
extra in all shipments, there will be no refunds nor replacements of
items
under any circumstance. All shipments are weather depending.
Extreme
low temperatures and extreme high temperatures result in refusal of
shipment
by the postmaster. Usually these delays last only a few days. In the
occurance
of a postal delay your shipment will be rescheduled. There is no
guarantee
of an exact shipping date and no refunds will be given due to postal
delays.
