Which came first, the egg or the Incubator? Looking back in history man made incubators were in use by the earliest man to propagate fowl to meet their many needs. As modern time came incubators became smaller, more useable, and more controlled. In today's market incubators come in many forms and price ranges. Inexpensive incubators made of plastic or Styrofoam are available to the average hobbyist and although they are useable the success of the hatch is generally pretty low. Larger incubators with great hatch success rates are available but generally cost $4000.00 or more and are usually complicated to operate using computer controls. These more expensive incubators are also usually much larger than the average person wants to use and the maintenance and repairs of these incubators require special tools and special training as well as costly parts.
We are now pleased to offer the best built, longest lasting line of incubators ever offered anywhere. Weather you want to hatch a few eggs or a large number of eggs our incubators are simply the finest on the market. All our incubators are forced air incubators holding a uniform temperature throughout the cabinet no matter where your eggs are placed. Made from real plywood and finished with the finest boat and marine finishes means these incubators will outlast any incubator made from foam, plastic or particle wood. Temperature controls that hold a set temperature within 1/100 of a degree F. and humidity controls with a 1 % tolerance mean your hatch rate will be higher than any other incubator can produce. All our sensors are fixed at a precise temperature and there are no adjustments or settings to complicate things. These thermostats are also the most accurate available on the market built to tolerances of 1/1000 of a degree F. One piece thermostats and simple electronics reduces your overall maintenance and repair cost with instructions so you can easily make repairs yourself. Large heaters made from the finest alloys available warm your cabinets faster and more evenly than wire heaters. Tech support is always available in house, not from some foreign company in some remote Asian country that have never seen or used the product. When you need tech support you speak with the person that built your incubator.

Custom Built Incubators
These are custom incubators, set up for you by you. You pick the
options
and size you want or need. If you want to hatch 100 eggs you pay for
only
the options to hatch 100 eggs. If you want to hatch 5000 eggs you pay
for
the options to hatch 5000 eggs. Why buy an incubator that will hatch
1500
eggs if you only want to hatch 50 eggs, That adds up to allot of wasted
space and wasted materials as well as extra expense.
Your basic cabinet size can be easily determined by the number of eggs you want to hatch. Each flat will hold 124 quail eggs, 59 pheasant eggs, 30 chicken eggs, or 36 goose eggs. Each tray will hold two flats. Your cabinet can be built to hold any number of trays including the 1/2 tray size that holds 1 flat. Each incubator comes with a separate hatching tray that will hatch the eggs from every three incubation trays. The hatching trays are non turning trays used for the last 3 days of the incubation period.
Our incubators all start with cabinet, heater, fan, mercury thermometer, thermostat and electronic controls, and a humidity pan. Assembly complete, just plug them in, add water and a hatching you will go. You add options you deem necessary and leave those options that you don't want out, saving you un-wanted expenses.
When choosing an incubator follow these simple steps:
First decide what size eggs and how many you want to incubate. This will determine what size cabinet you need.
Second decide the style of incubator you want, 1/2 tray and single tray incubators are top open incubators. Two tray incubators can be top open or front open incubators. Three or more tray incubators are all front open incubators.
Third, decide what color finish you want your cabinet to be. Natural pine is very light in color, Light oak, Redwood, Light walnut, Dark walnut are all popular finishes that range from light to dark in color.
Fourth, what other options would you like installed Do you want forced humidity with controls, do you want two temperature settings, one for incubating and one for hatching. Do you want two humidity controls, a lower humidity for incubating then a higher humidity for hatching.
Finally, call and discuss your incubator needs with Karl, our incubator expert. Together a final plan and firm estimate for your ultimate incubator will be completed.

Custom Built incubator example, Joe has quail and chickens in his back yard pen. He wants to incubate a few dozen chicken eggs and 100 or so quail eggs he would order a single tray incubator with a chicken flat and a quail flat. Joe is not concerned about humidity control since he lives in a humid climate so he doesn't order the humidity controller nor the water fill bucket and automatic water level pan.
