Most states require that all gamebirds and poultry have an health certificate and/or entry declaration
included with the shipment of birds, chicks, or eggs. Health Certificates are available and can be included with your shipment.
There is no charge for us to fill out import permits that you furnish us, or that you ask us to provide for you.
Please contact your local game and fish to ensure you have all the necessary paperwork.
  Thanks to an agreement made with our state veterinarian we no longer must charge for NPIP Form 9-3.
Please be assured that any product you purchase from us is disease free and raised in a sanitary and healthy environment
to ensure that you receive only the highest quality, healthy and strong birds. Our suggestion to you regarding
health certificates is to check with your local livestock board or game and fish representative and ask
about any import regulations. We will gladly do all that we can to provide you with all the necessary
forms so your purchase will go as easy and stress free for both you and the birds.
