 Please note: due to the conditions beyond our control we can not guarantee the condition of live birds or hatching eggs upon arrival at their destination.  Nor can we warrant hatchability of hatching eggs due to rough handling, improper storage,  incubation, or infestation.  Our hatchery includes 10% extra in all shipments.  If during normal shipping there is more than 10% loss our hatchery will replace the loss minus shipping and box fees which are to be covered by buyer. We ship all live birds USPS Express shipping, normal delivery time is 2 days, If shipment is received after 2 days there will be no refund or replacement due to shipping problems beyond our control.  We ship Hatching eggs USPS Priority, normal delivery time is 2-4 days, If shipment is received after 4 days there will be no refund or replacement due to shipping problems beyond our control.
